I have just purchased the Xgimi H2 projector and I am very satisfied with the quality and performance. I would like to ask a question please. Is it possible to know the hours of use of the lamp? Some brands of projectors indicate this in the menu informations, others by holding down the power button. Thank you in advance, best regards

Hi dear, it supports NTFS format. 1350 Ansi Lumen is bright enough to use even with ambient lights on. Kindly remind that it's better to avoid the strong light or sunlight directly.

Hi all, I need some helps. I have my H2 with fw v1.3.15. Q1) Can I set audio sync when using H2 built-in player? (video always slower than audio in here thus breaks the immersive, no matter using built-in speaker or BT speaker). Q2) When playback SBS 3D movie that comes with SBS subtitle, I will see two sets of subtitle on both left and right side. Any way to enable only one set?

Hello, I had some trouble with the colour setting last week so i did a system restart, when i wanted to reinstall Netflix, it is not downloading. Others apps like Spotify installed fast. Can you help with this Netflix problem? I was using Aptoide to install. Please help

Hi, just bought xgimi h2 but i have few issue please help or i have to send BACK (firmware version 1.3.4): 1) CAN'T WORK XGIMI APP ASSISTANT i scan the qr code and it says connection unsuccesful even with IP connection. I have an Iphone x. 2) can't connect my bluetooth home stereo device (LAYEN DOCK). It can't see it, but from my other devices it shows and works perfectly. 3) airplay same from my iphone x when i do screen mirroring don't appear please help!

What did you use to mirror the screen on the Mirrorcast session of the video? Neither the Xgimi assistant nor the Miracast works on hotspot mode!

For H2, it supports airplay (iPhone) and Miracast (Android phones). Please make sure your phone and H2 are under same WiFi signal or hotspot.

Hi Dear, H2 can up to 300+ inches. (around 8 meters) Throw ratio, is the ratio of the distance from the lens to the screen (throw) to the screen width, when the distance from lens to screen is same, the smaller the projection ratio is, the larger the screen can throw. A larger throw ratio corresponds to a more tightly focused optical system. The throw ratio of H2 is 1.2:1

How loud is the fan noise and does this projector give out a lot of heat?

Fan noise is unnoticeable. Heat depends on what you are doing with it. Obviously it will run hotter when gaming. I never game with mine and it hovers around 48°c.

I think you have a Problem with the HDMI Cable, a better HDMI Cable can help. I have same Projector and PS5 = 4k Resolution.

no one should buy such a projector! I got a new software and it can't be used since then! The xgimi company doesn't help at all! It's expensive and they give you shit about what will happen to you after installing the software! be careful with the company!
