Here in Toronto its priced at $CDN3200. Way out of my price range. Also, way more than I need in a 400 sq ft. apartment where the walls are 17 feet apart.

alot of pretty good, but not great. In this price range, the JMGO N1 Ultra that you previously reviewed, is still hands down the best 4k smart projector currently on the market. Best picture, best brightness, best contrast, best gimbal based adjustments, no clunky stands to lug around. It's triple color laser projects a crystal clear 200" image directly on my matte wall, no screen needed, with the curtains all up in a bright and sunny open space livingroom. Picture quality looks so close to my LG C3 65" oled tv it's actually insane.

I hesitate with xgimi or hisense c1....i chose c1 for more coloration accurate110% bt2020 (better than xgimi) with pro calibration is awesome.if you need a Optic zoom go for xgimi.👌

I have a cheep $300 Amazon projector right now, that’s is really pretty awesome for the value. However, Packer Season is coming up and I want to be able to watch games in the daylight, not in a dimly lit or dark room. Is this projector bright enough and responsive enough for NFL football games?

Wish you had shown the cable management when you connect the inputs out in the middle of your room. I would think that would be a major tripping hazard, especially since it is meant to be portable.

It could be... it has android and you could attach a stick for OS too but for gaming you will have to do wire management of some sort

It is DLP so it has rainbow effect which is deal breaker to me.

Dlps do not have rainbow effect at all , I have one and that's not the case with my awol vision ltv 3500 pro

This thing has piss poor contrast and godawful max brightness, and even with the updated firmware the only way they could raise that was turning the image bright green. There are many better lifestyle projectors.

It's pretty solid and looks nice. There aren't "many better" it's best to name one you'd prefer to help others in the comments. I do like the JMGO swivel stand.. however xgimi has their horizon max coming as well. So to each their own.

The hook up channel says the ultra has low light. I'm not an expert on projectors but I'd think I'd go for the Dangbei mars pro.

I had Dangbei Mars Pro for one month and then returned it because of sharpness issues. Next stop was Horizon Ultra. I can’t say black levels make me want to go back to Dangbei. Yes, black is grey-ish but I haven’t experienced much of discomfort in the past three months with movies I watched. Important to mention though is that my projector is placed parallel to the wall and I don’t use the keystone correction which would normally produce some lit up area on the sides. Ultra produces very juicy picture when the source is right. I just watched Ghost In Shell in Dolby Vision version on Apple TV 4K and the picture blew me away, I felt the same watching Marvel movies and HDR content from Netflix. Funny enough, there are cinema rooms here in London (UK) that have inferior quality of the image comparing to Ultra projecting on my eggshell white wall. It also looks cool in the living room, hard to beat that.
