Character story that I'll never forget. For me, his and Tara's story were the most tragic-they were both good people surrounded by bad shit that broke them on every level.

Theo Rossi did a live chat and in that live chat he explains that he was the one who came up with the idea for Juice to actually have something of significance under his mohawk. According to Theo the date 12 27 80 was the day Juice's father left, just days after Christmas. He got it before joining the club and he always covered it up because he knew he would be asked by the other members what it stood for...and as we all know the subject of Juice's father and his race etc wasn't one he ever wanted to go into. Juice was my favorite character. He was the most realistic depiction of a human in the club because he was the only true person that had a conscious and felt guilty for killing people. He never ratted the only bad thing he did was kill a member, and Jax did that too when he killed Jury.

Andreaes1 Tig was loyal to a fault to Clay. And then the SAME to Jax. Tig didnt deserve to die at all. He was exactly what the club needed, and the polar opposite of Juice with zero remorse.

I hate the way Jax treated Juice. He had no understanding of the choice the cops made him make between ratting or possibly get kicked out of the club... it was dumb of Juice to think they'd kick him out just cause his dad was black, but you'd think that Jax could have shown Juice some sympathy or understanding, seeing as they were brothers all their life. But nope instead he believes Juice wanted to betray them and that just made life harder for everyone. If Juice were given forgiveness he never would have had to protect Gemma, the truth would have been known about Tara's death, and not all of the crazy shit would have happened. By the end of the show I didn't really like Juice as much because of how he protected Gemma. But I understand why he did it and ultimately I believe it was Jax's fault that it went that way. Juice deserved better. And it was kind of sick how they had to show him repeatedly getting raped in prison. Like, yeah, we get it, prison was awful for him. But why have to show it over and over again? I felt so bad for him. Even up til his death Juice was loyal to the club. He could have fucked it all up by helping the Chinese kill the AB leader. But he didn't because he knew the AB leader had to kill him for things to go right for the club outside prison. And at that point, I guess he really just wanted it all to be over. Such a tragic ending for a character I loved. He was such a sweetheart in the beginning... Anyway, sorry for writing an essay here haha. This is a beautiful tribute.

Juice has always been one of my favorite characters on this show. It's hard to believe that in the first few seasons he was happy with the club, but after season 4 he became so jaded and pained and I just wanted him to be happy again. This was a beautiful tribute to him. :)

I like how you've been making these tributes to the fallen of Sons of Anarchy Season 7. Out of all of them so far, Juice in my opinion was the most tragic. The club was his family. The club was his life. He would do anything for it. Then he got screwed over by law enforcement who wanted to turn him into a rat, then by Jax who saw him only as a tool to be weld for his own purposes, and then by Gemma who saw him as a loose end. But despite all of this, Juice still wanted to get back in the club and died because of that attachment. Personally I wish he could have taken the same path as Jesse Pinkman in the final season of his show which is gaining his own independence by turning against those who've gone against him. He could have been an unpredictable agent of chaos, burning with rage and self-loathing until his inevitable demise. Instead, he ends up dying in a way that left me with no impact. I think the writers screwed Juice over most of all. Heather, I assume you will making be a tribute to Gemma. Will you be making one to Unser as well? His death is the only one last episode that truly affected me.

You about summed everything up perfectly! I think if the law enforcement had no intentions of getting into Juice's life, then he would not be where he is today. He's gone through so much stuff over the course of the last few seasons and I feel so devastated that he's become a fallen son now. Theo Rossi is such a brilliant actor, needless to say. And yep! I have one planned for Gemma that I actually started on Wednesday night, but ended up finishing this Juice one first. I also do actually have an Unser one planned as well! I was so shocked and upset about his character dying. Even though at points I felt like he was getting his head too deep into things, I felt like he was a huge part of the show, and like it was mentioned on Anarchy Afterword, he was sort of the "glue" that tied together everything throughout each season. I was hoping he would definitely make it out alive, but unfortunately that wasn't the plan.

I agree! Honestly, he was one of my favorite characters of the show with Jax. I loved his character development through Season 4, and I felt so connected and interested about his character, and the brilliant acting by Theo just made Juice even more superb. His line of "having no family" or "no friends" is absolutely painful to hear. In Season 5 when Jax said he was proud of him for what he did with the Clay situation, the look in his eyes was just pure empathy and you could tell he was relieved and proud that he had earned his existence back. And if he didn't care about the club, he wouldn't have bothered trying to earn his way back in. He could have easily taken off, ran away, etc. But he ended up going back to Chibs and asking if there was another way in. His character just gets me so emotional, I'm not coping that well with his death at ALL. And thank you!! I'm definitely working on a Gemma video. My main intention was to get hers up first, but I ended up starting on my Juice one and just filling in everything from the get-go lol. I think I'll have my Gemma one up next sometime this weekend :)

A very excellent compilation! Juice was my favorite character from the very beginning of this series. I rooted for him and cried for him and laughed with him. Great video. A lot of people seem upset with Juice’s story arc, but I think he had the best possible ending for a character. It’s tragic that the only character in the show with depression dies alone after years of being used and neglected by his supposed family. I don’t think Sutter meant for this story arc to be an accident, Juice brilliantly captures the themes of depression and loneliness.

At first I felt sorry for juice but as I watched the series over again I realized that he had this coming. He fucked up multiple times and Jax and Chibbs let him earn his way back into the club. He fucked up again when he told Nero about that girl.. Juice just couldn't handle that type of lifestyle, he just did whatever he had to do because the club was all he had, he wasn't as ruthless as everyone else. Its good that the suffering stopped.

Amen, guys. Poor Juicy. His character really got the shaft, not as bad as Otto, but it was worse because you really came to care for Juice. (And before someone comments on it, I know, no pun intended there, har-dee-har.) People say it's because he was weak, and vulnerability is a liability in This Life, etc., but I feel like it's almost more that he tried SO hard, yet made poor decisions. Never should have helped Gemma, for sure. Theo and Charlie's acting in the jail confession scene, though - OMG. Definitely Emmy worthy.
