That video was actually of my M240 before I traded it in for my M550! My M550 has a complete digital dash now

fastest times always gonna be with your hands on the paddle: I don’t get why people want their stock turbos driving around town at 3500 RPMS lol XHP is beneficial to a degree; but some of these features are geared towards cars with bigger turbo; and dealing with turbo lag. DRAG RACE MODE; leave everything else alone if you have a stock turbo. Adjust only your launch control; ive seen faster times flashing the converter with foot brake. So again; why do this. Cool your trans shifts fast at 3500 under light throttle conditions I’m sure EGRs look great. Ditch the bs; drag race mode; high tolerances; lower your redline so you’re not just spitting red hot air on kickdown activation; if you’re going to handle launch control yourself you have to account for lockdown and what RPM you want her to pull at. Just silly mess all around. Higher Rpm’s = higher temps = more wear. Like stop set drag race mode on kill and let it eat; leave stock shift points alone unless you’re on a track

It’s a 2 series these cars don’t have a sport mode for the trans it’s a zf8 it’s the same in all modes unlike the m cars

@@marcosmarquez2926There’s a drive mode and a transmission mode, non-M cars have both. Shift speed in Comfort and drive is “smooth” while shift speed in Comfort with the trans in sport is “normal”. Comfort with the trans in manual is “very fast”. When the car is in Sport/Sport+ and the trans is in drive, shift speed is “normal”, trans in sport is “fast”, manual is “very fast”. So there is difference in shift speed between the drive modes independently of the mode the trans is in

@@jameswrp yup it’s still the XHP tune but I made it so that it was still the stock shift speed in comfort but the XHP stage 3 shift speed in sport

Yeah I have it set so shifts are quicker and more aggressive in sport mode and they’re normal in comfort mode… it’s part of the tune

Doesn’t damage the transmission at all. A lot of people actually agree that it makes the transmission feel a lot better and smoother than stock!
