Sir plz help My doubt is in my refresher Dinesh it is written for the isobaric process that when a liquid boils it changes into vapours and its temp. And pressure remains constant till the liquid is converted into vapours and the energy absorbed by the liquid is used in 1- increasing the internal energy 2- in doing external work during expansion So internal energy depends upon temp. So how will the temp remain constant when internal energy is changing???

when a compound starts to boil, at boiling point the temperature becomes latent heat of vapourisation and the liquid changes into vapour, hence temp remains constant.. and temp which u supply is used to change the state of matter..... am i right sir?????

sir in derivation of pressure ,we have taken change in momentum as 2mv(x) but the particles change in p after 1st collision =2mv(x) after it rebounds there is change of p again why is it that we have not accounted for it in total change in momentum

Sir, I think you wrote wrong equation of velocity. Since Vx, Vy and Vy are components of velocity and are scalars. So, we cannot put arrow on them. Check at time 27.19 in the video
