蝦米青瓜
材料:
青瓜1條
蝦米半碗
辣椒仔2隻
蒜蓉1湯匙
處理:
1. 青瓜,清水洗淨。
2. 蝦米,清水浸1分鐘。
3. 青瓜,切兩端,刮去囊,切一片片。
4. 蝦米,洗乾淨,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 蝦米,白鑊,中慢火炒香至金黃色,放上碟。
2. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙,加入蒜蓉爆香,同時加入青瓜炒香。
3. 加入辣椒仔及鮑魚汁半茶匙,炒勻。
4. 放蝦米回鑊,炒勻。
5. 完成,上碟,可享用。
Stir frying cucumber with dried sea shrimps
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1 log
Dried sea shrimps half bowl
Chili 2 Nos.
Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Cucumber, rinse with tap water.
2. Dried sea shrimps, soak in tap water for a minute.
3. Cucumber, cut both ends, remove seeds, get it sliced.
4. Dried sea shrimps, rinse thoroughly, hang dry.
Steps:
1. Dried sea shrimps, plain wok, fry at low flame until it turns into colour of golden yellow. Put on plate.
2. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok. Fry garlics well and fry the cucumber as well.
3. Put chili and abalone sauce 0.5 tsp, fry well.
4. Put dried sea shrimps in wok again. Fry well.
5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
