Thx, I share views on China economy from time to time, the general view is that there are bottlenecks in factor input, such as labor and capital, facing most economies in their development, and these economies share the same problems of investing most of the money they earned in local housing market, which created housing bubbles and at the same time the birth rate is dropping. Adjustment in the economy is normal.

教授，其實香港實金交易在國際排名一向都好強，只是透過銀行間over the counter 交易，過去幾十年實金行內人都無人理上環那間「交易所」。那間「交易所」專注零售炒賣……

HK should be top 5, London is also OTC, but govt may not be able to get stamp duty from OTC, centralize it will be better.

過去幾十年實金運作一向良好，數間銀行有實金業務、兩間黃金精煉廠、多間貴金屬運輸商、機場金庫、大型珠寶商、紅磡珠寶中心，保險也一直有。 在實金交易中，那間「交易所」一向沒任何角色，這只專注零售市場槓杆炒賣……

I do not have time to watch the video. Circa 1975, I had two clients, Rothschild and J Mathew, they are two of the world's big four gold dealer. HK is no 1 for physical gold. So, they did arbitrage. I provided them he hedge between HKD and USD.

Fiscal reserves is only part of the foreign exchange reserves, we still have a lot of money in the foreign exchange reserves, we made 200 billion this year in the exchange fund which is more than the budget deficit already.
