Thank you so much for your comment! We think the proper translation would be "comfortable" and we just modified the subtitles to correct the mistake. We also take the chance to explain some usage cases of 舒服 and 方便. 舒服 (comfort, to feel comfortable). In the context of the video: 火车的椅子比飞机的椅子舒服。 做飞机会晕机，坐火车不会晕车。 所以坐火车比坐飞机舒服。 方便 (convenient) Example in a similar context: 我家离火车站很近，离飞机场很远。 所以坐火车比坐飞机方便。
