Xiaomi 12T Pro After a month!

Had the 12 T pro since its release, the phone is great, Main cam is amazing, uw / macro are bad but whatever. Also no telephoto is quite sad but for the price it's fair. Performance is good and the experience is fluid overall, only had 1 or 2 freeze that made my phone reboot but it seems to be fixed since the nov update. Gaming is fine but the battery drains fast when playing (but that's to be expected as the soc is working hard). Screen is good enough only, could be brighter but it's fine, my only complain is that i have a dead pixel on mine but that's not a 12T pro problem just me being unlucky but it's not very noticeable with 446 ppi. 120 hz is smooth and works well on almost every apps exept camera and youtube but that is also not a 12T problem but an overall android phones issue. (would be great if youtube would go up to 120 hz when scrolling comments / feed but it's not doing it) Battery has been very good, 8hrs SOT on average and with the 120 w charger you can charge it in only 20 min if you are in a hurry, for this much endurance, it's pretty impressive. The phone obviously heats up when using the 120W charger but not that much, still i use the charger of the redmi pad (22.5W) when I don't need to charge fast and it full charges in 1 hour. And the phone stays cool the whole time, no heat at all. Miui is great and very fun to use, no ads since i turned off MSA (took 30 sec), people complaining about the ads in miui should plug their brain in and do a google search. Fluid experience too thanks to the 8+gen 1, again people saying miui is not optimised and stutters a lot probably tried redmi phones or smth. That's pretty much it. TLDR : good phone, great main cam but shit secondary sensors, good battery life / charging time.

not much to add :) Well written, for the dead pixel that does suck :( MIUI works well for me, people do love to complain about it as you said, but I think it works well overall, sure not perfect, but still!

@@ThroughJermainesLens yeah, i'm quite sad but I don't want to send it back to get the screen replaced as it's still under warranty, The process usually takes ages and i won't have a phone Phone brands are known to have "disappearing" packages when you send them your phone I don't even know if they will accept to repair / send a new device if only 1 pixel is defective (i know that some TV brands require a minimum ammount of dead pixels to call the unit "defective" so idk about xiaomi) So much stress for 1 pixel... I will live with it and pretend it's not there ☠

@@remirec is there a local Xiaomi team there? Maybe next to ask them and make sure you have everything noted about shipping and so on, because even though it is only 1 pixel, it can be very annoying!

There are some ways to remove the dead pixel with app or just search up how to remove dead pixel from phone screen

Solid review, but I dont agree that main camera is worst than Mi 11 ultra or other flagship cameras base on my experiance! Other cameras are not Flagship leve, by far...

Yeah let's ignore that that is even a thing, however as stated I also prefer the mi11 ultra, it goes for the more natural approach and of course in terms of colours and shots I prefer that, the t series however are never made for the camera, more made for speed of everything, so I would never advice this if you want the better camera experience for sure

@@ThroughJermainesLens this year Xiaomi put very good, large senzor in the main camera and I can't agree that this year it's only about performance. They made a cut in other cameras, not in main. It has less noise than mi11 ultra, brings more light in dark scenes and capture faster. Colors are personal preference thing and can be easily adjusted in post production...

why did you buy it early if you won't use it now? The warranty will be shorter this way and the phone may be cheaper later when your 11T will die. Also charge the phone sometimes if you don't use it so the battery don"t reach 0% as it may damage it.

@@kamill15 i had a poco f1 before and i wanted to buy a flagship. I am satisfied with mi12t pro and i am also a fan of rooting and custom roms so i finally got mi12t pro over galaxy s22 ultra. Also battery backup is not bad not so good its average but the performance is beast. I was also worried about exynos in s22 ultra whether it would compare with 8+gen1 or not so finally i got diting and i am happy with it.

@@talebnasser9582 here a list of good and bad 1. Volume is restricted drastically not from the phone speakers it’s through Bluetooth to any speaker/car audio Feels like 30% volume 2. Far to many equalisers, they end up distorting sound because they work all together at the same time See developer options in settings for this it’s a mess 3. Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth devices such as smart watches (Good ones) won’t log data throughout the day to health apps. 4. If you use Spotify it’s needs improvement for highlighting titles 6. Loads of app crashes or not responding Just buy something else
