The slider zoom is definitely annoying! Direct tap to switch between lenses during video recording is the best option to have. Unfortunately they have not given this option on the Xiaomi 14 but is present in a lower priced Xiaomi CIVI 14 and the 14 Ultra

@@acommonman9855 I faced fogging issue. This is a manufacturing defect for this model. If you record 2 mins 8K or 3 mins 4K 60 fps video fog will cover inner surface of camera glass. It will be gone after 2 to 4 minutes automatically. This will happen with every model. After visiting the service center they have removed the camera cover protected by a rubber ring. After that I'm not facing any blurry camera issue. But for long term usage dust particle might stuck on the camera module due to removal of that rubber ring. Otherwise, there is no heating or battery drain issue has found. The device heated a lot if you use camera module for long time but no lagging or battery drain is being observed. Till not the device is okay and I'm very satisfied with the picture. I'll say the picture is more appealing than any current flagship. For videography this mobile is little behind from Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, S23 ultra and iPhone. But I'm happy when I consider the price to performance and quality ratio 🙂
