You know, if I had to switch phone brands due to certain circumstances (which is very unlikely going to happen), I would pick Xiaomi. Their flagship phones are so amazing and useful, and they also have the name of the app in the filename of the screenshots, which that feature is absolutely dope for me.

Bro, I live in the US too and just bought the Xiaomi 14 Ultra Chinese version. Do you recommend to change it to global ROM or just use it like that? I’m concerned about compatibility with the carriers. Last time I checked my Oneplus 12 in ATT they told me isn’t compatible. Bless you

I've been using the Galaxy S21 Ultra since day1, been waiting for the right device to come along to do an upgrade & if Samsung doesn't do justice & bring their A-Game with the Fold 6 this is the one I'm looking at, but I NEED a Flossy review 1st! Now yesterday the 14 series including the ultra was announced for the Indian market and we could get the ultra beast in our hands by early April. Besides my S24U, I also have the "normal" Xiaomi 14 here. It's a real good smartphone. It's fast, cameras are really good and the form factor is great. It has a really good display and also the SoT seems to be very good. BUT, Hyper OS and all their ads is just a downer. Every day you get several notifications to use the "Mi" Services, like search, themes, store etc.. It's really annoying. I also think that HyperOS looks 98% the same as MiUI13 on the Xiaomi 13. That said, it's a real nice, "small" Flagship. Btw. in germany the 512GB Version costs 1100€ which is "only" 400€ of the S24U.

I don’t know about the international version. If it’s the Chinese version, search for ads in the settings. There is a switch that can turn off ads for all built-in apps with one click.

@@blaxican_ lmao bruh, I've had each one since the Mi 10 Ultra, the main cam has gotten progressively better, the other cams sometimes got better but other times different. The 10 Ultra had a sick ultra wide but it was placed the lowest on the phone and would always get covered by your fingers. The tele was really nice on the 11 Ultra but had some glitches. 12s ultra has been great so far but none of the mentioned got the tele macro capabilities that the non Ultras got. Now it seems the 14 ultra has it all!
