Please help me. First day with my new Xiaomi buds 4 Pro. But I have problem because unfortunately they don't respond to my fingers commands, on either headset. On the first connection, it also did a software upgrade....but the problem remains. I don't know what could be wrong. can anyone help?

Go to the settings and change the gesture settings replace the left and right for volume for example change one tap to two tap. Just try different settings.
