Sorry I'm late the sound quality is pretty good once you put them in your ear properly you might have to rotate them a bit here and there

I solved the problem, after I try all are possible, I do this: Unpair of Telephone and turn off the bluetooth, after this, Turn off the case with the 2 phones inside (pressing the button one time) wait 30 seconds press the button to turn on the case, remove the 2 phones and wait more 30 seconds after this, turn on the bluetooth, pair on the J18 on telephone again and will curse normal again

How is the call quality on both ends

The call quality as far as sound for the user is very good. The mic quality is decent to good if you are in an environment that does not have a lot of background noise. The receiver of the call struggles to hear you but hears all of the background noise crystal clear if that makes any sense.

The earbuds are NOT from Xiaomi. This product is just a no brand airpods knockoff.

thanks for this, i bought a pair of these, after closer inspection I also agree these are just j18 TWS, which has nothing to do with xiaomi, but I'll admit I bought it because it said xiaomi, but after using it some more I realize this isnt xiaomi, quality isnt as good as their redmi bluetooth, its more than likely a no name brand and they just stamped the MI logo. but regarldess its not too bad.

@@玫瑰姐姐-w3o I take that back, so the ones I recommend, that is good is TOZO, Edifier, Boltune, if you want like 5 dollars cheap, then Pro6/Pro4 are apple clones, but sound good, horrible microphone though.

Hi, I have problem with stereo on this headset. Right channel is playing in left ear and left channel playing in right ear. Do you know how to swap it please?

I'm sorry I do not know how to fix that issue. The only thing that I can suggest is that you unpair them from your Bluetooth on your phone. Then turn off the Bluetooth on your phone altogether. Power the earbuds on one at a time they will connect to each other then turn on the Bluetooth to your phone and pair to the I hope that helps.

Sorry for the late reply. Turn off the Bluetooth to your phone. Hold the touch sensor on each earbud until it powers. Hold the touch sensors on each earbud until they power on keep holding until they go into pairing mode release the sensors and wait they will pair to each other. Then turn the Bluetooth to your phone back on and pair to your phone.

@@joymeeocampo7148 I saw this on an aliexpress page that sold the earphones regarding when only one headset is working: "1. Put two earphones in the box (charging compartment) and close the cover 2. Forget (ignore) Bluetooth connection on mobile phone 3. Press the button of the charging bin, open the cover of the charging bin, open the mobile phone Bluetooth, search and connect the device again." Hope it helps.

I have no idea. I ordered them from AliExpress. That was the brand name of the packaging I received. They work as advertised and seem to be of good quality I have used them pretty much everyday since I've had them and don't have any complaints about the product. Judging by the extremely low price It's quite possible they are not authentic.

@@aa-vk6hd won't take a charge nothing? Look in the holes 🕳️ 🕳️ of the case and make sure the plastic tape that protects it from charging is not stuck in the bottom preventing contact with the terminals on the bottom of the earbud

When buying Chinese product make sure to use google app translation on your phone with camera to translate the Chinese manual in case there is no English language.
