Xiaomi M365 Increase Speed Limit on electric scooter. Fast and easy way to upgrade by 'XiaoFlasher'

M365 Pro 1 user here. I cooked custom firmware on a web page 3 years ago. I set there the scooter to have 490W in Eco, 880W in Drive and 1100W in Sport. I set the top speed to 37 km/h. I have 10 inch wheels. The scooter is in perfect condition and I looked inside the battery/motherboard compartment, but also inside the front engine. There is no battery degradation noticable. I use it to climb high hills and some off-road when needed. I set the firmware to save battery and the max power (490/880/1100) decreases with battery percentage going down. Still, at about 40% of battery I have 660W power available. I have 3 such scooters which I converted like that. All good after 3 years of daily usage and 3000-3500 km driven on each of them.

Did you beef up any of the traces on the controller or change out the mosfets for bigger ones. My plan is, 10 inch tires, beef up the traces, change our the mosfets, Monorim rear suspension and maybe an additional battery.

Hello, i need some help i just did this on my scooter but i didnt really see any speed increase. My scooter somehow can reach 28km/h without any modifocation and after the firmware a didnt see any speed increase and i also didnt get the third mode. The only thing that the firmware did is increase the ecomode speed up to 28km/h and it litary removed the electric brake when didnt push a throttel button

My friend tried to remove the trim on his electric scooter by zipping the same files again but finally it just bricked and he asked if I could help but not sure how (used xiaoflasher and can't connect to mi home anymore.) Also tried zipping the files a third time time but it never let me zip. Please help if you can reply if you want more details

Did you manage to resolve it? The files are already zipped. You don't need to zip them again. Which model of Xiaomi do you have? Try connecting by Bluetooth and restore by applying another patch using xiaoflasher/downg apps

Hey man I got m365 essential and I select that file in that app and when i flash it nothing happend no error nothing

M365 or Essential are different models. The essential has Display on it. M365 has four dots instead of display. Check your model - which exactly is it and in case it is essential then you have to install another app. Check my videos - I have a patch for Essential as well. And as always - do it on your own risk.

Same for me. I can get slow and fast but it appears that there is a faster click. He didn't explain. Looked like 3 fast clicks but this puts mine back into slow mode

Watched tons of these so called tutorials...none of them work,these apps are worth shit. There should be a quicker way to connect the app to a scooter and just change the top speed parameters....here there is always something missing or no flash file,or wrong file,or nothing happens even when you flash,etc..... I tried everything you said here and guess what.....nothing works

Not at all. Its lack of maintenance that can damage the motor or other parts.

@@subohmsheep1381 you don't need to download additional files. Do like in the video, the file comes within application - when you download the application. Check how it is done in the video. Just recheck your scooter model . I did it on M365
