Competition drives down prices; it spurs innovation; it increases choice. So I’m happy the Mi Mix Fold from Xiaomi exists - even if right now, I can’t think of anyone here in the US I’d actually recommend it to.

Great video as always! More competition is always good. The issues with software aren't present on their phones that they do sell abroad from my experience. I assume you didn't dare to put a sim in it, but I'd assume that also wouldn't work well with band support differences.

Seems like no one on KZbin has discovered this, but if you open Mate X2 to around 15 degrees and hold it there for a few seconds, you will feel a buzz from the vibration motor, and the hinge will activate locking mode. Now you can lock it at any position.

2:43 - For your long term review of the Z Fold 2, may I suggest downloading from the Galaxy Store, Good Lock > MultiStar > I ♡ Galaxy Foldable ... there is a setting in there to adjust aspect ratio for each app ... it might solve your Instagram problem. And Spigen's Tough Armor might be an ideal case for recommendation for the Z Fold 2, as it protects the spine as well. Cheers.

Hi, I found the way to change launcher on Mix Fold It can't use gesture control on any launcher. So, you have to switch gesture control to normal navigation bar.

I'm using MIUi (Global) since 2019 and I didn't have any of those notification problems that u had, maybe because that Mi Mix Fold was not a Global edition (but running global apps), which is arriving soon to the international market.

@@kyliandc9276 the big name USA reviewers all seem to hate MIUI, claiming it's just a poor iOS clone which is nonsense. It's actually an extremely feature rich UI. I personally do prefer Oxygen OS, but that's another story. As for the Redmi Note 10 Pro it's a no brainer. Superb screen, great camera and performance.
