I would have liked an idea on how much they are now...and look forward to your longer term report covering the technicalities etc and why many items now need you to be connected to the internet...is china saving the layout of your home? Are my WiFi enabled cooking devices watching what I eat and how often?

I love the IoT subject and would love to see more of these types of devices :) I already own one of these exact devices and i used to have a small/medium dog and it was great to run it once a week on a Friday while i was at work so the house was ready for the weekend. Some people find it a bit creepy that china how has a floor plan of my house but i also went out of my way to put this on my separated IoT network. This vacuum is something i would recommend to everyone as the price is reasonable and spare parts is readily available on ebay. I will say it loves to eat shoe laces and sometimes get beached up on sloped surfaces like pedestal fan bases so watch out for that :) Also that comb and cutting device it to clean out the brush agitator of human hair and fluff etc...

Bought the same one a few weeks ago, what I've noticed is that the app deletes the floor map after doing an entire clean of the house. Eg. If you were to select a full clean the next day, it would create a new floor map.

Yes thats right, each clean is individual, thats because things can change in the home, also you can set it from different locations and it will start a new, eg if you pick it up and take it to another level of the home.

Hello, I'm having the same problem too. But I have done some research that this vaccuum should have a map saving function. I feel that the zone clean is redundant if you don't have a map to work on.

Hey mate, I was having trouble connecting to the 1S through the Mi app. I found the solution, you had to change to Mainland China, mine was set to Australia. I hope this helps someone!

@@baalinhaah Eu comprei a versão chinesa e não sei usar kkkk .... eu liguei a dock, liguei ele e nada acontece, só as luzes piscam. dá pra usar sem o aplicativo? No aplicativo eu não consigo sincronizar. O celular não encontra o robô para parear. Tentei colocar na região da china, singapura, e nada muda! Não sei mais o que fazer ;(
