@Aditya_Ishu I haven't used Prime, but I have heard there is a work around to fix the widevine L1 certification issue. I'm still using MIUI 13 waiting to see if the Xiaomi pad 6 would get Hyper OS 2 update and see how it performs. Maybe the resolution issue will get sorted out in that update.

Bruh, I have Pad 6, too. Bought it recently but I feel display is not crisp at all. I could see pixels in Black while background or in videos, may be poorer pixel density. Is the same for every one or my display has some flaw.

@@abhirajsinhchauhan1368 if you are watching in KZbin, it only feels crispy in 1440p, 1080p looks kinda faded but not bad in KZbin for me. But 1080p on downloaded videos or movies works fine on mine. I guess it's due to the size of the tab and 2.5k resolution. If you lower the resolution it kinda looks washed out.

Whats the difference between nano texture and regular 12g/256 GB variant. Are there screen protectors for the tab that can do the same job as the nano texture glass ? if so any idea about the cost. Also does the high cost for the focus keyboard seem justified for the features it offers and if there is a way to extend the single USB 3.2 gen 1 port to charge as well as connect external devices like micro SD cards, otg pendrives,external display..etc. Does attaching a cooling fan seem to improve performance? And lastly can use it as a second monitor?

I have an xiaomi pad 6 and believe me, it hardly gets warm even with fully loaded tasks. The SoC placement is near the pogo pins. It doesn't need an extra cooler whatever. The USB does support display out and obviously supports SD cards and harddrives.

Regarding display out some youtubers have said that the display out functionality is disabled for indian unit so wanted to confirm as most of the youtubers who have got the tab month ago brought it from china. Also should we wait for the nano texture variant? this seems to be a scumbag move from xiaomi to sell the base variants.

@@Harami69666 See the whole tablet is same as previous one, the placement of ports, camera, speakers everything. Definitely they didn't change anything as there is it was working well. It was also launched yesterday so wait for various youtube videos to come to answer your concern questions. Wait for 1-2 weeks then make a decision.

Hi bro, nano-texture is nothing but consider it as the screen with the matt screen guard pre-applied because the display glass is build with it so nano-texture is just a name change to matt display. If you have ever used a matt screen guard you should be able to distinguish between a normal screen and matt screen. But to simpler it for you, Matt screen is beneficial for making the display anti-reflective or anti-glar. Talking about me personally 😅 I prefer normal display over matt because i feel the matt display is not able to do justice to the real output of the display. Hope you got your answer bro. Pad 7 is definitely a easier one to recommend, software is better optimised on S9FE though, and you get the pencil & IP68 rating. Pad7 is better overall anyday

But for those who do casual gaming and multitasking, this is not a bigger upgrade from MI pad 6, which is already powerful enough to handle all the tasks very gracefully, thanks to Snapdragon 870, which is still very powerful. I have mi pad 6 for last 11 months; i do some heavy gaming; and let me mention that i have no problem at all and at no point i feel that i should have the new one.

It's Overpriced Yea i know Performance & Display got a pretty good upgrade but these upgrade can't justify the price hike. On China, Xiaomi pad 5, 6 & Pad 7 all launched at same price no matter what's the upgrade. If you say the hike is bcaz of the Tax, it's understandable but don't say it's bcaz of features. I was actually hyped for Pad 7...

Yes pad6 has widevine l3 issue which restricts the video playing in hd because of some security reasons,you need to update the L3 to L1 certificate to watch in high quality but after some days it again changes to l3,lets hope Xiaomi do something on this
