There is voltagae on that point 5.1 v but no current, which part can make fake charging ? charging port? ?

My redmi note 11 is charging but not moving forward but if it try the original charger it’ll charge I bought new charging port still same thing what’s wrong and I don’t see any phone repairs who know about it
