This toy is highly recommended for those who work within 10 miles (16 km) from home, worries traffic jams and have no issue of recharges in his/er company. My company is 7.5 miles away from home. I used to spend 1 h 15 min on my way by MTA, at least 35 min by car in rush hours. Now it costs 31-45 min (depend on the traffic light)! Furthermore, only 1.8 cents needed to recharge it ( in the most expensive NYC). The cons are you could solve problems listed in the video and tips from other viewers and notice weather forecast occasionally. I only ride MTA when it rains or snows heavily.

I drive my M365 PRO almost every day, 13 km to work + 13 km from work + often some other km added to make some errands... and I'm back at home with still a lot of charge in battery! I drive it in a BIG city with BUSY roads. Only drawback: it is very hard/rigid on holes and manholes: I always have to shift my trajectory (this, as told, in busy roads...) to avoid them. This also because i keep both wheels pumped at 50 PSI to avoid punctures (inner tube damage/deterioration, actually). But I really LOVE IT. I don't want to use my car, I love my Xiaomi M365 Pro. Now almost 500 km and we'll see how it goes in autumn/winter. I thank you, because I see that this can be a long love story :-)

Mine is +5000 now too, used it for delivery job, a pro 2 version. Only upgrade I made is the extra battery, as I needed it for my work. I had to change all xiaomis 3 original tires, bought cheap "extra thick" tires online and they still working no problems. The noise in the steering mount for me was all about a tight screw, I tried everything I saw on youtube and nothing worked, then I just untightened the long screw in the mount and all noise was gone. The side reflective broke so I hade to change them, the rear red cover for the braking light fell off and I just replaced it with a tape which works fine. I had to change a lot of brake pads before because of stupid youtubers who recommended certain changes to the braking system in the flashing app, which put a lot of stress on the mechanical rear brake and little to no effect from the front electrical brake. I just had to change back to original setting and never changes pads since, plus it feels much safer as the scooter brakes much better now.

Now I change al print boards under the display to the fake ones with the pro display and it is ok for now. Very strange. 🤔

Hi, I think you should have posted an alert for beginners. 1, Please DON'T UNLOCK the limit and speed up to 30 km/h until you've mastered this toy. I got two falls before 200 milages. The first one was pretty serious, hands, one knee, two elbows. 2, Please slow down at every turn. Your gravity center is too high to make a sharp turn. 3, Please slow down whenever you are riding on a bumpy road and set the KRS to medium. The scooter automatically brakes when it bumps and loses load ( running in the air). Once the tire touches the ground mostly you would try to climb over the front beam. This is extremely dangerous when you're running downhills. In some cases, the joints BRAKES. 4, Pump the tire at least to 55 PSI. It's so easy to get a puncture when the pressure is low, plus, the pressure drops too quick even with a tiny bit air leakage. I test the front tire that once you remove the hose, the hissing sound makes the pressure drop to 45-47 PSI with 50 PSI initially. 5, Fill the tire with the Slime if you have original tires. This helps you avoid pushing the scooter to home only with a total flatted tire. 6, You can cut a Poly Carbonate ester film for a tail fender extension ( you can found it easily from toy boxes.) It's more flexible and does less harm when the fender hit the hard walls. 7, The current Lithium battery tech prefers you run the battery cell between 3.6 V to 4.05 V and don't drain it as low as 3.3 V, corresponding to M365 36 V to 40.5V (50% - 90% capacity). This almost doubles the battery life from 500 times of full recharge to 800-1000 full recharge. 8, Don't over expect its range. Mostly it runs 15 miles (24 km) maximum.
@mariovd5 жыл бұрын
You make this scooter twice as safe as you just replace the tires. The new CST tires (with the white line on them. Costs around 10 euros + 4 euros for the inner tube) are incredibly safe. You have at least 2x better grip and you will have to be crazy to drive them flat. Slime on the original tires is not a good idea because the inner tube slides into the rough tire. Slime cannot close a gap like this. Clean the rim perfectly with fine sandpaper. Also replace the inner tubes and use talcum powder. The difference is very big!

I picked up an m365 with no battery, so i made a 10.5ah 10s3p out of Samsung 35q batteries. Work wonders and I get around 30km range in eco mode at 96kg geared on mainly undulating, bumpy footpath. Ive considered running a 48v battery, but I'd be worried about heat at my weight with undulating, bumpy terrain. Would an 11s3p battery at 41v nominal and 46v max be possible without any firmware voltage protection kicking in, and if so, would it even provide a noticeable gain in torque? I'm not looking for more speed, just a tiny bit more punch up hills, and have no experience with firmware side of the equation. I figured an average 5-6 volts and weight loss of 5-10kg would be enough without having to jump staight to a full 48v setup.

I’ve had my two semi clones for two years. I use them in my business and here is what I’ve done: tires tubes thorn guard slime, take the rear fenders off, just this month both of them needed re-wired, ordered one battery pack, one of them got stolen I chased the guy down and took it back from him, They both been painted, I put bearings in the rear wheels of both of them to address a noise like a shopping cart wheel which didn’t work so now I’m going to take the brake pads out and put them back in with some gorilla glue because I think that’s the only thing that could be rattling around and making noise btigck there. I broke the downtube in one of them and how did Meg welded or Tigue welding actually I think it was was for 40 bucks and it broke right away so I just went and got the strongest JB Weld they make and use that and then I ran a bolt through the thing. I never baby these things; I whip the nuts off of them and they never quit being fun And useful. I hauled firewood with one of them and moved about a ton of wood from the site to my truck. I chase parts for my truck with it; I picked up a radiator for the truck and bungee corded it onto the scooter and rode at 5 miles an hour for 2 miles to the house from the store. Every Sunday I take a small amplifier and a bass guitar to church on it. I keep it in the back of my truck because I park a long way from the store usually and I’ll just hop on the scooter and go across the parking lot into the store, in fact I’m becoming dependent upon my scooters as a mobility device since I’m 55 years of age and have a bout 100,000 miles on my chassis so it makes sense to me too use what’s available…

@mariovd5 жыл бұрын
Hello, use the soft parts of the velcro. Put the superglue on the soft side. This adheres best to the metal. Only stick on the entire bottom. Be sure to fill the small pieces (side of the bolt) perfectly. These prevent too much tension on the nose, making it difficult to break it. Adjust the folding mechanism well afterwards. A light force while pushing the clamp is perfect.

Indeed. The faster the better. With the original tires you have a good chance of a flat tire. Certainly never buy full tires. Not even those with the holes drilled, otherwise the couplings on the battery will break. The fender will certainly break down within the first 1000 km. If you wiggle at the wheel then you may not be aware of any slack. So adjust well and fill everything out well. Certainly the sloping rear parts. With this you control the play on the bolt of the folding mechanism. If you have tackled these 3 points well, you will have a lot of fun with this scooter.

The fuck? You can literally buy a dampener for the hinge. Don’t stick shit on it. Just look on eBay for parts, don’t follow this

Those upgrades of yours are waste of time to me. Get solid tyres and suspension. You can get solid rear fender for 5 euro and rubber vibration dampers for like a 1 euro. Those lights are doggy. Will break in to pieces in a month. Those stickers and shit are just gay.
