Hi, the product should work also with Zigbee with the Xiaomi Gateway,. Indded if they are not in the same room, the remote control from app doesn't work. I was expecting Zigbee should be used in case Gateway and Socket are faraway in the same apartment, while it is not working. I am really get down! Is it only a trouble of my unit, or I am missing anything? thanks, Seby

I want to plug isp modem and wifi router with this socket, But if i’am out of home, like different city.. will it work for me to restart this device, Reason is my fiberlink is shared with neighbours, sometimes it need restart to refresh internet, if one of my neighbour requests me to restart plug then what is procedure to control it from far away without wifi? The socket which made for internal china is no longer support for the outside world, the xiaomi server has been locked the IP connected from this kind of socket...today is 26.04.2020
