I will review a how to DiY Zoom Helmet from CW Flash costume for cosplay. Inspired from the character from Season 2 Flashpoint In this video i will show you how to make a zoom helmet out of craft foam quick and easy and on the cheap.

Awesome job and you gave me a idea for my Red Hood. Instead of wearing a balaclava Ill attach some light black fabric to my helmet to cover my neck like you did this Zoom helmet

Do you make your own templates ? I see a lot of these pep files that people use but most of the stuff I want to try doesn't have a file. I am assuming with trial and error it's possible for a beginner to map out their own helmet template.

yes, kind of, but i find that you need MANY coats to really cover it. if youre having problems with brush strokes try a soft big brush. also mod podge can be lightly sanded
