@@hondus16 It's really not about your gear: I changed my gear very frequently until last year, but that's what stoped me from becoming a better pilot. When you fly your gear for a very long time, you know all it's limitations and that's what counts in situations where you need to get this one shot on set. I lost all of the Gear you saw in this video last autumn in Spain, when they broke into our car. At first I was thinking of starting out with filmmaking without a drone, but three days later I felt the need of wanting to fly. So I bought my "dreambuilt" from what I had learned over the last three years. I don't have any issues with Jello or reliability, but what lacks is motivation, passion and creativity in this area. That's what counts and I lost it over the years and found it with filmmaking. Drones are just a tool in this industry. Now I'm at a point where I have everything I wanted, but neighter does it make me happier or a better pilot. So please be as happy as you can with what you got and learn from all the issues you run into. This knowledge of troubleshooting is priceless and you won't really lose it. The hype is your evil in capitalism. Sorry if this was to heroic. ;) This video also expresses what I wanted to say: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZOYaYOJrdqdbtU Enjoy your weekend! :) (Here is the gear I'm using at the moment if you want a suggestion: -Source One 5' -Xing 2207 1800kv -Mamba f722 stack -T-Motor 5143s -Rumcam Micro Swift 3 -Unify Pro 32HV (I would suggest the usual Pro HV) -Propfräse Antenna -Crossfire Nano RX -SLS NOC 6s 1300mAh -X9d with M9 Gimbals -Crossfire TX Lite -Hero 6 Black with Yello Guards)

@dronimik4 жыл бұрын
Yes, both 4s and 6s if your ESC is rated that way. In theory you can also run it on 1s. It just won't be powerful. 4s is a bit underpowered but e.g. for longrange and a bit of freestyle it works.

@dronimik4 жыл бұрын
1700kv to 1900kv should work just fine. In most cases you don't need too much power for "cinrmatic" flying and you can always use throttle limit if it's to much for the situation. 1800kv works for me, but I often use throttle limit and don't need to go 120km/h to fly cinematic/smooth. It's mainly a matter of skill not gear these days.

This video was on stock PIDs! The lower d-gain (around 18 instead of 27) was the biggest change. Might be even too low. I haven't quite gotten behind tuning and I think it's worth more to learn how to do it, because every quad is different and the stock PIDs should work fine. Filters are more important in the most part. Flying matters. :) Have a great day!

@dronimik4 жыл бұрын
Hey Jevgeni, I personally use the T-Motor 5143s (triblade) because their gray doesn't show up as much in the Footage and they are a good middleground for Freestyle etc. It all comes down to preference and I haven't tested that many props. Like the HQ 5041x3 aswell (this video was flown with them). They all fly pretty much fine today and the more different props you have less spares there are. :D I think these would be a good suit too but I'm sick of changing my Setup: kzbin.info/www/bejne/raGUg5iXjpuUrcU Best regards Dom

I just ordered my HD1 frame and these motors for 6s. Have you tried to fly these motors with 4s how does it feel for cinematic ? This will be my first FPV with DJI hopefully I will like it. Very nice Video!
@dronimik4 жыл бұрын
Hey Alex, I have experience with flying 4s on these motors, because I had 4x4s and 4x6s packs when switching. For cinematic flying it's very useable. When climbing a hill you will find yourself on full throttle, but the amp draw is quite low and sustainable for your lipos. You can even freestyle with it, but have to stay on throttle a fair bit longer. Switching between Rateprofiles (use the auto_cell_count feature!) and PID Profiles was a bit annoying over time, when going from 4s to 6s. You need quite high PIDs for it to feel relatively locked in for freestyle, but the soft feeling is great for smooth cruising. Have a nice day buddy!
@ag.page.4 жыл бұрын
@@dronimik Thanks for your feedback. I realized I ordered the 1900kv 3-6s I hope I can adjust the throttle not to kill the lipos and fly well.

Hi Smoothie, nice flying - subscribed :) Listen, saw you in another video, you got your goggles like 9months ago, were worried about blurry edges. I still see you using them, are edges OK? I can get 2nd hand HD2s for 240$, which is at least half the price of new HDOs. Let me know, ur opinion will help decide :)
@dronimik5 жыл бұрын
Hey Tom, if you use thick foam your eyes get further away from the optics and you get some blurring on the edges. I use a very soft foam, that is comfortable and takes away most of the blurring. When you close one eye, you can see blurring on one of the edges. Which side the blurring appears comes down to your IPD adjustment. With the right IPD adjustment and both eyes opened your brain matches both together to a clear image. When flying, you don't pay attention to it anyways. If so you can still sell them for the same price. Buying the HD2s was a great decision especially for the price. Got them used for 250€ with True-D V1, LiPo and Transmitter Case. I would recommend getting one with a higher quality module, like a Realacc rx5808 with OSD, right in the beginning. I don't need HD0s at the moment. Happy with the HD2s. :) Thanks for your for your subscription! I'm always in need of some feedback. Have a nice day! :)

@dronimik5 жыл бұрын
Hey mate, I decided to set a limit because it is easier on the LiPos, I get less of a bounce after punshing out and because the low throttle resolution is better with it. Shure you can fly without a limit if you don't experience these things as much with your setup or okay with it. I don't see a big difference in feeling when it comes to 6S low KV but different people have made different experiences. :) Enjoy your day!
