When I used to do Hung Gar; when paying respect my Sifu would remind us that when moving into a cat stance, there was that same kick. Interesting.

Been a follower a long long time, and you have become a so much better teacher thru the years. I really really want to learn but where I live there is no Kung Fu courses near me. Really Love the content you provide.

Adam does have a website and online courses for sale. Or classes in Vancouver, Canada somewhere I believe.

Adam Sir, Thank you so much for all the great lessons; I'm probably signing up for your online courses and would join a seminar if possible. Would love to see Chris learning in these reports as it would probably give me a better anchor to learn myself but I understand time is limiting. All the best to both 🙏

Not even close to the same thing here. This is hsing-i, completely different than what you're talking about.

Okay but being gassed is what happens in a fight. How do you use this when all gassed out and lack strength.
@KjelTyson6 ай бұрын
How do you use anything when you're gassed out? Pretty fucked in that situation no matter what you're doing. Stupid question.

I bet in real life you couldnt get a hit on Chris, he has demonstrated so many techniques, (1000 fold) he would have the feel wired 🚧 and he ask the detailed questions. So he has knowledge too.
