Watching other people play the violin is helpful when trying to get out of the bad habit of having your thumb too high and close to the string when holding the neck. I have my whole palm holding bottom and my thumb up very high. This helps as a reference.

I was a bit short on time these last few weeks and needed a low maintenance performance. I will be doing more where you can see me bow soon, but it was this or nothing and I thought it was better than not doing one at all so people can still at least hear how it goes.
