The first main balcony is usually called the Dress Circle, the second main balcony near the top is often referred to as "The Gods", and the small balconies on the sides are simple called boxes. There might be one in particular called the Royal Box for where any visiting royals or nobles would sit so the rest of the audience could see them.

Hi! Professional (stage) actor here! The Mezzanine is the level of seats between the Orchestra (ground floor) seats and the upper balcony seats. Sort of a "middle balcony" as it were. Those "little balconies" are known as boxes, and they're used for different things depending on the theatre! Some use them as special VIP seats (kinda like Waldorf and Statler from the Muppets) and sometimes, in a more classical opera setting, they're used by actors to poke their head out and sing or deliver a monologue. Your theatre build is super realistic, and beautiful too!

Your new theater needs a warehouse or a basement. Aque Town doesn't seem to have an industrial district, and a theater needs somewhere to store props and costumery. A waterfront warehouse seems quite appropriate for the back of a theater with little space for that sort of thing inside.

[TL,DR; Have doors inverted.] Here's a pro tip for the doors: If you have the doors to look closed without those pesky zombies getting to them, you should make your doors backwards! Place your doors in a fashion that will cause your doors when virtually closed, to technically be opened instead. Last time that I've checked, if a zombie encounters a door with the "open" state, it will treat it as such, even if it cannot actually pass because of said door's placement. Players of course can still go in and out as they please, but no mob can really get through. Take a villager for example: when the door looks open but is actually closed, the villager will "close" the door in order to open it. Zombies, will try to walk through open doors, and break closed ones, meaning you can make it look closed, and zombies cannot break it, etc. Please use this tip, integrate it in your builds, etc.

It sounds like Mojang plans to release the major terrain changes this summer with the new skulk biome to drop this Christmas. I would bet Hermicraft 8 starts this summer and they do a terrain reset in unoccupied areas when the skulk drop happens. Much like they did with resetting the nether this season.

Lots of theatres have lounges and coffee areas and kind of museum like areas that feature props or costumes or posters/pictures from past shows that debut’d there. Those extra rooms could be those areas for VIP only. Also, some big theaters have smaller community theaters to the sides or “black boxes” which are just big black rooms that can be set up as theaters in the round or smaller play areas for local theater productions or practice rooms etc. Either of these would add to the realistic feel of this beautiful theater! Love the build and style!

A suggestion: Put invisible item frames with items on top of *all* barrels in Brick n' Morty to display their contents. I saw in False's video that she only looked at the barrel in the center, under the brick sign, and assumed that all 3 barrels have the same stock. For the zombies breaking doors.: If you place them in a way so that the 'closed' position is listed as 'open' in the F3 screen then zombies won't register them as breakable.

Hey X! You might already know this, but a solution for the zombie door problem: If you place the doors sideways, they're "open", but in their closed state. When you "close" them into their open state, zombies can't attack them. Also, unrelated but I think you missed a couple of slabs on the roof of the theatre's addition, but I might be wrong.
