Vlookup is the best with named ranges. I failed to use xlookup with named ranges where we have to show the particular array for search.

ഒരു സംശയം. ഒരു cell ൽ 3 epmloyees ന്റെ പേരുകൾ, അവർ ഒരേ ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു.(sheet1). അടുത്ത sheet ൽ ഈ 3 employees ന്റെ പേരുകൾ separate cell കളിൽ ഉണ്ടെന്നും കരുതുക(sheet2).അപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ് കണ്ടു പിടിക്കാൻ( from sheet1 to sheet2) xlookup formula സഹായിക്കുമോ.. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വേറെയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് പറയുമോ.. Pls

For the time being, XLOOKUP is only available for the Office 365 subscribers. But you can test it using Excel online which is free. I recommend my video on this topic (How to get Excel for free).

എന്നെ ഔന്ന് സഹായിക്കാമോ ? എനിക്ക് A1 സെല്ലില്‍ 1 മുതല്‍ 5 വരെ വന്നാല്‍ B2 ഇല്‍ 3 എന്നും , 6 മുതല്‍ 10 വരെ വന്നാല്‍ 5 എന്നും കിട്ടണം എങ്കില്‍ B2 വില്‍ എന്ത് ഫോര്‍മാറ്റ്‌ കൊടുക്കണം

You need to use IF function for this task. IF Function is explained in my video on 10 Most used functions in Excel.

ഹായ്....എന്റെയൊരു സംശയം തീർത്തു തരാമോ... ഞാൻ എക്സലിൽ ഒരു stock maintanance chart ഉണ്ടാക്കി.... ഒരു പേജിൽ full items അടുത്ത പേജിൽ stock കാർഡും.... stock cardilലെ total issued quantity master list ലെ issued colum വരുന്നില്ല... എങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഈ ഫോർമുല ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്...

I can't comment on that without referring your spreadsheet. Anyway, I recommend you to use VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP functions, if you are trying to return corresponding values against matching values.

If I understand it correctly, you want to take a value from one sheet to another sheet. To bring the value in the Cell A1 of the Sheet1 to Cell D10 of the Sheet2, use the following formula in the Cell D10 of the Sheet2 =Sheet1!A1
