Great video🎉. But i have one doubt, in last example, if colums are not side by side, then how to get multiple values.

as third argument enter this: CHOOSE({1,2},A:A,D:D) where A:A and D:D are two columns not side by side. hope this helps 🙂

The last tip, is there actually a formula on the surname at "Tucker" (Last name), or is Excel spilling the cells in column C

Yes, There is just one formula in cell B2 and it is spilling result to C2
