Thanks for the info, finally managed to successfully record from my synth to the KOII - thought I had cable issues but I was missing the tweaks you need to make in Sample mode for threshold and source, eventually got it working through watching your video about 3 times at the relevant points. Now I know if it ain't working, fiddle about with the orange and grey knobs and the + and - and usually gets it working!

Hello man Can you also tell, if you ever read, if this device is also able to change the tempo of the samples, tune/detune them into different buttons and eventually assign different notes to each button ?

This thing pisses me off. Almost every song I try to make, a long (8bar) sample will work at first, then it just cuts out and I can never find a way to make it play all the way through. I even have it in key where I’m holding it down to play the sample fully. I just don’t get it.

You can record up to 15 secs, that's the max length of what you can sample.

Only 12 sounds (mono) or 6 (stereo) can be played at once. If you exceed this then samples get cut off short.

Frustrating but forces you to keep things simple and work with shorter samples.

@MyNameJeff.. are you talking about the trigger type. I.e on synths Mono, poly, legato, unison. I would also love to know how to change this setting. Anybody have any idea about this?

Can you chop a sample you load to a pad or can you only chop something right after you sample in?

You can load in your own samples, one shots, breaks etc. and yes you can chop them bc they’re still samples

When you record a sample, are you able to automatically split it across 12 slots like you can with the KO33 pocket operator?

No. But you can play back the one shot sample and in real time hit the other pads to split it

Yes you can! once you recorded a sound, just press shift + sample, then press the group and select how many chops u want

Hello there, mine was very silent. Usually, unwanted noise is because of USB.

@@Ferrous_Bueller Yeah, I'll be fine in a couple of dats. Like you said, my kid is 3 and brings back home all the plagues, hahaha. Haven't tried the 404 update, I will script and record as soon as I have time. It a big update, but not a 2 hours video update.
