There are a few mistakes in here or missing. One of the most important bits is how to use the scout camp effectively. It's like in RoK, you have to do it as efficiently as possible, otherwise you'll spend hours and hours, wich will also slow you down as you are not getting many free troops and not the free researches. In addition, upgrading your research center as quickly as possible is quite useless, because you have to upgrade it anyways but the advantage you'll get from it is very small. It doesn't matter if your research takes you 15 minutes or 14 Minutes and 45 seconds or 54 Minutes instead of 60, because you won't immediately log in again after 54 minutes. It becomes important after you reached level 10+ before that it's just important to get your Town Hall up as quickly as possible to get all the other benefits, in particular from the scout camp and tavern. A third scout is a massive bonus, because you progress much faster When it comes to heroes, the focus should be on those who are spending less commander points for clearning darklings. Reducing the points makes leveling so much faster, as you can clear many more each day. Very strong for the special events as you can farm those items and chests. Gather speed should be second priority as you never run out of ressources in the early game and you can't farm everything yet. I haven't played it yet, but lots and lots RoK, if it has the same mechanic with the migration, then one of the most crucial part is missing for beginners. Because then, you need to stay below the threshhold for migration with the beginners protection and basically loot the entire map. Without the migration, it is literally impossible to be strong in RoK, because other players start with thousands of troops, a high ranked commander and ressources bundles they can spend later on as you take all your bundles with you. In addition you can already benifit from those special events on your server, so that you have those events twice. I know that this doesn't sound like a beginner's strategie, but necessary, if you want to enjoy the game. The rest is fine and well explained.

You can choose a server when you first start the game? I thought it automatically sends you into the newest server. Note that Monthly Cards have a limit, you can only buy up to 180 days/6 months.

I played this game one day, but already analysed almost every troop in this game, except flying units and for me League of Order is the best meta faction in the game(For F2P AND P2W), Wilderburg is the second and Springwardens are the third. Mages have the longest attack distance in the game even longer than Archers, but according game Archers can counter mages, so you can just make mages more speedy with relics so archers are no problem for mages same as infantry, only cavalry is the dangerous, but i think if you will have a tanky second commander which can suit any troop type cavalry will be no problem. So for me mages are the most op troop, but there two types of mages troops, flying mages and mages who walks on the ground. If flying mages troops have same bonus as ground mages troops well these Angels Op^2 cuz they can flee away from ground Cavalry, Mages, Archers, Infantry easily. All ground mages from all factions have same stats, but different buff bonus. Human mages give Hp buff, Treants gives def buff, and Satyrs gives attack buff(But idk is it physical attack buff or magical or buff for both physical and magical attacks). So for me human mages from blue faction are the best(For me is more simple to describe these faction in colours), more hp=more time troops alive in the battlefield=more profit in everything, Satyrs mages from Red faction are good too with attack buff which somehow must help you to beat your enemies faster, but the Treants with def buff are the worst in my opinion cuz tanky buff doesn't make them so much alive as health buff from blue faction mages.(Maybe Treants and Satyrs are equal in the battlefield but for me Human mages better than them). Best ground archers are in blue faction too. Archers from all factions have same stats but different bonuses, blue Archers have +10% attack bonus when they standing in one position for some time(so they just attack better after 3-4 rounds of fighting, cuz when you deal ranged attack your troops must stay in one position), Archers from green faction deal +5% more damage, but have some speed reduced if they have only one troop type in the march. Red faction Archers have same +5% bonus damage if they have only one troop type in the march( but without speed reduction which have elves) +3% bonus physical damage from Red faction so it's 8% damage bonus. Well Red faction Archers can be better or equal to blue faction Archers, but for me Ballistas still better and the elves still the worst. And flying Archers from red faction for me are worse than flying mages from blue faction.(Flying goblins making more damage than Angels, but have lower distance).In stats Infantry from all factions are same from me, only Orks deal a little bit more damage, but i think infantry from blue faction is the best cuz they can build faster than anyone else and building Alliance territory in the beginning of the game and in the the late game in shortest time is the best strategy.(You can destroy others buildings anytime you want if you winning your enemies so it doesn't matter how fast you destroy their buildings. Well for me crushing speed matters only if fighting goes on from multiple fronts, but it's doesn't affect everything to much cuz i think that building takes longer time in this game than you destroying object so infantry from blue faction saves more time). Well infantry from green faction can be versatile in building and destroying alliance territory, but not best in both aspects of building and destruction, so for me Infantry from blue faction still the best, infantry from green faction are the second and infantry from Red faction is the third. (And maybe they still better for someone in fighting with 3% damage bonus, but I don't think that this advantage so game changing, well it can, but it won't happen too often). What about cavalry. I think Green faction have the maybe best and the worst cavalry at the same time. Cavalry stats from green faction have difference between red cavalry and blue cavalry.(While red cavalry and blue cavalry have the same stats, but Wolfriders from the Red faction have a little bit more damage with 3% bonus attack), but they have different skills. Cavalry from green faction have lower physical damage than blue and and red cavalry, but can deal damage in a small distance (so they are not melee type), and in the beginning of the battle they deal more damage than Wolfriders and Knights on horses, but only for 10 seconds so it's about 10-11 rounds(attacks) and then they have around 2 minutes their small attack. Red and blue cavalry also have one skill which somehow give a lot of rage, so for me it's just first skill use in the beginning of the fight and if it's true i think it's very game changing thing when your hero activate his skill first. Green faction also have flying cavalry which can deal damage in a small distance.(They not melee type). Well i think that Cavalry from red faction and blue faction are stronger in dealing damage, but Cavalry from green faction cavalry are the only cavalry which are not melee type and can deal damage in distance. I also think that only their flying cavalry can somehow counter flying mages, archers. Well you also think that i can be weird but for me mages, flying mages are the best, but the best troops in the game are actually cavalry, flying cavalry, cuz of their speed they can decide to fight or not to fight, to flee or not to flee, but getting them in the green faction is harder for F2P, but i think it's worth it. So in conclusion i can say that Blue faction is best for F2P and P2W, but better for F2P and Green faction can be meta with one troop if you can play good with cavalry, but you will see these power only in late game.

I am wondering if this game is decent, I’ve played a lot of these little city “rts” mobile games, but honestly games like civ 5-6 (even though turn based) got more kick out of me then something like clash of clans or other city mobile games with long timers and whaling, there’s such a lack of strategy in most of these generic mobile strategy games, it boils down to an idle game. So hopefully call of dragons can be interesting.
