XOU Control Panel Replacement

Thanks for this! I could not read the numbers on our unit for almost two years. I finally called XO and they sent out a new control panel board and main board for free. The rep I spoke with said I may have to change both. I started with the control panel as described here and it's like new again. No need to replace the main board.
