Great video on Deus tone setup. Clear, concise and easy to follow. Thanks for taking the time to post. The Deus is a new machine for me and I'm trying to get all my ducks lined up in the same row before my first hunt with it.

Very informative. I have the Deus lite and the way the tones were set up was a nightmare! all I dug was coke and iron till my mate who has the control box saved his saved tones to my headphones. Soooo much better now. Cheers, Alan.

What a dream to be able to set up the tones to your taste like this.... I wish my AT Pro could do this! Maybe some day I can afford a Deus.

on wet beach find a clear spot and ground balance the MXT Pro, then switch trac to lock, raise the coil in the air pull the pinpoint switch and lower coil towards the sand, it should stay pretty stable if it gets to loud,release pinpoint and try pumping coil on clear spot (still in lock) then press ground grab, its hard to master but worth learning GL

Would you say that the more expensive Dues is better all round than the MXTPro? I bought an MXT Pro last year, and it works well on the land. But I find it makes my arm ache with the 12" standard coil, just too heavy to swing for hours. Also I had little success with the Pro on the wet sand, it was all over the place....though I know others have found the Pro works fine. So very interested to hear whether you took to the Deus without looking back! Love watching the vids!

The MXT Pro is still one of my favourite detectors i have owned and used, ground balance is the key to that detector master that and its as good if not better than detectors twice its price, it is also the most well balanced detector i have owned, i used the 13" ultimate coil which made a massive difference to weight and luved it, the Deus biggest plus is its weight, it has 4 frequencies to choose and its wireless, is it better on the wet than the MXT Pro i don't think so personally GL HH

hi great vids as usual can i ask a question the on off button amonst other is very hard to use ie u have to nearly break yer nail to turn on and off also wen yer saving programs is this as they all are or do u think i may have a problem cheers colin

Deus takes alot of learning stick with it, its a great detector, large iron fools most detectors :) GL & HH

Great just got my deus..... Can you tell me how to check ver and up grade to 4.0 when it arrives?

when you turn on the Deus control it will display the version on boot up, i will do a tutorial video on how to upgrade when V4 update arrives :)
