not gonna lie, I thought xp-pen was a Chinese brand (which I don't really trust with gadgets) and when I looked it up...bruh its a Japanese company! Just as Wacom is from Japan (no wonder their logos looked similar in a way)

Having a Deco Pro I can say: XP Pen is great! Mine has come with the glove, same pen holder and tips, USB to Cellphone Adappters. I like it because the quality is great and also, the price you pay for one XP Pen is slightly cheapper than for a Wacom or a Huion... The 3 marks are great, but considering benefits and price, XP Pen wons for sure!

Did your Artist 13.3 pro cursor will often move in 2 pixel increments rather than follow the pen to every single pixel on your screen ? Like in Artist 12 pro ? (Here is a video to show that the pen moving around and the cursor doesn’t follow it exactly: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d33MqYCKf5qrbKs)

I have the same model. The only issue I have with it is that I can't seem to get the colours to be quite right. It's very saturated, which looks really nice, but inaccurate, and suddenly your art looks desaturated when you put it on a more accurate screen. But other than that I love it. It's never done me wrong so far.

You may want to calibrate it with Windows color calibration (and open your OSD), and or just buy/rent colorimeter... The color range is great enough and could be accurate if you calibrated it properly...

You can also adjust the brightness using the buttons on the side of the tablet.

That 2nd USB plug for power is not an optional extra. You have to have it plugged in to something that will supply power to your tablet, or it's just not going to work. Also, the cap for the pen holder doubles as a pen stand.

Amazing review! :D I bought my Xp pen 13.3 pro last christmas. It cost 139£ I'm pretty damn happy about it so far. The only minus I have, is that you need to use a bit more pressure on the pen for it to work. It's nothing much, never really bothered me. Also I've found a few bugs with my pen buttons? It could be because I'm using a quite cheap laptop though 😂👍

Take that back, I saw the 15.6 was only $20 more now so I just applied for a refund on the 13.3 and ordered a 15.6. I've heard their customer service is bad, so hopefully the refund actually goes through 😖

But the usual resolution in Cintiqs is the 1920x1080 resolution... (except for the Pro series and Mobi studio, which has no similarities with XP Pen, since is a computer, and not just a tablet...) And you'll pay way more for it... Idk, My monitor don't have this resolution, it's just 1600x900 and fit's well for me (Who works with graphic design...) I am being honest, This tablet would be more than enough for me XD

I just bought a huion kamvas pro. My expensive wacom cintiq pro 16 died on me after only one year of use. Wacom is crap.

@@vanillatrinity2519 Yeah it's very unreliable. a lot of people complain on the internet about it too. Don't buy current Wacom products. If you want a cintiq buy a used 27QHD, it's much better than the current models.

My last wacom (intuos first gen) died for no reason (actually was the pen who didn't wanted to work anymore and had no fix to it.) So I bought a XP Pen (Deco Pro Small) Never regreted XD This company is amazing, honestly!

The Cintiq 16 (non pro) still good enough... But if you didn't really need Wacom pen feeling (that need to hard press to increase pressure, natural but hard to use), other brand can be better option (as they're cheaper)

(long text warning) So.... Xp pen brand is nice, but alot of the time, the craftsmanship of most of these are uh... very bad lol ALSO WTF THERE'S A BUBBLE ON YOUR SCREEN PROTECTOR??????? OH NO only had mines two weeks after christmas and it broke. And the cable that connects to it bent lmao. Right now I'm waiting for a shipping label. You would have to recalibrate the pen like A LOT since its not very accurate... and as for the cable that connects to the tablet itself, be very careful with it since it bends pretty easily... 😔 And a friend says that the pen even stops working completely, so be prepared for paying extra for a new pen. Other than my little negative experience rant, for the pros, its amazing that it goes on sale, especially at christmas time since its black friday, the one i got as a gift was an xp pen artist 12 pro only for 175$, original price is i believe is 299$?? But like i said, be careful when buying, you gotta be prepared for any problems that come with any xp pen items. this probably doesn't make alot of sense but i am sleepy lol great video!
