I just bought xp pen artist pro 16 (gen 2) at the warehouse in Vietnam. I have a question: Does the screen of the newly purchased product have a screen protector? Or do I have to buy it separately and do they sell it?

I don't think there is a screen protector available for the Pro 16.

hii would you recommend getting this tablet over xp pen's new 19 4k tablet? I'm super torn about it since i'm upgrading my extremely old xp pen 22e (1st gen). I'm worried that going from a 22inch screen to a 16inch screen might be too awkward. But i have no clue if i can justify the large price difference from this 16inch to the 19inch tablet. :(( it's almost double the price...What would be your opinion on it if you don't mind me asking?

Well what a coincidence. I am actually reviewing the Pro 19 right now....lol. I would say from just my experience the 19 will probably be your best choice as it's not as small as the 16 which is still an excellent choice but not as big as the 22. Plus it is very portable. I think the 19 will be a good choice.
