How are the drivers? Because i tried Huion tablets and the customer service was a nightmare i had to use skype to communicate with them and my driver issue was never resolved even though they tried to fix it remotely . Unfortunately my two year warranty was not honored and i am stuck with a broken tablet but i think i might try xp pen or Wacom again. But Great detailed review btw very professional :)

The drivers are very easy to download and work with. I've yet to have a problem with them. It's one of the things I really like a about XP Pen.

Amazing video and just the perfect time for me. I've been wondering if it's worth going more expensive with 19 or cheaper with 16 really helped me cement my choise! The only question I'd have is did you notice any screen scratching with the 16 (gen 2) ? I've heard it doesn't have screen protectors so I'm curious if the screens just more durable. Awesome videos/reviews tho helped a lot !

The screen on the 14, 16 and 19 have the same matte finish and I have not experienced any scratching at all. One caveat is that I mostly use the felt tip nibs which definitely helps with that but when I did use the plastic nibs I didn't experience any scratching issues at all.
