I have the VHS counterpart release as well as the 1989 50th Anniversary Edition VHS and 1999 Warner Brothers Family Entertainment VHS release of this movie.

I still wish they used the original THX opening on today's blurays as it sounds awesome in a home theater setup. I guess the distributors can't be arsed nowadays.

I own the rare 1998 "keep case" DVD of this by MGM Home Entertainment, which was the last release to use the *real* original mono track, albeit in 2-channel mono, rather than 1-channel mono like the Warner releases' downmixes.

I am surprised to see a THX Cimarron trailer on this laserdisc because usually, family films use the Broadway Laserdisc trailer. As far as I remember, the Cimarron Laserdisc Trailer was more likely shown on action and violence based movies.
