Dubai police are amazing - very good in conduct and professionals - and they speak fluent English, so communication is easy - I was once in an accident where 5 drunk men in a car hit my car and then came to assault me - I called the police and requested immediate assistance, and I think within 45 seconds I had two patrol cars present on the scene.

So that's why don't host a street racing in UAE. Because if you do, there is no escape. These police cars can keep up with street racers. Just imagine about NFS, as level gets higher, police cars are also getting faster. So nice for these next gen police.

Not that these speedy cars are needed, but UAE have one of the most advanced and highly numbered speed cameras with real time video, night vision and 6 violations auto cameras (like seat belts,using phones, car plates tracking etc..). These beasts can locate anyone in less than 10 mins if prompted to track a certain vehicle and sent directly to mission control. A famous incident is where a radical lady killed a US teacher with professionally hidden car plates. They've identified her home where she parked in less than 30 mins i believe. Pretty crazy case. Its called the "ghost of al reem abudhabi" which emphasizes how powerful these speed cams are.

There's no doubt that Dubai is THE land of the supercar. Unlike Monaco, there's actually room to drive them, (Supercar Blondie would be enemy no. 1 in Monaco). I have heard that Qatar has as many supercars, but the difference is that the owners don't really show them off that much (which makes me wonder why would you spend upwards of over a million and never drive a car?)
