The squeaky dog toy scene was bloody brilliant. I get those same exact tones on partially masked targets in full tones. Those stones can grind a shovel down to a small nub really fast.

awesome video! I love full tones and nice to see you using it in iron with good results! I've heard there's a lot of masking with iron in full tones, but that hasn't been my experience. Question, how to you clean up those old roman coins? could you show pics of them after you've cleaned them? We don't get those here in the US. Thanks!

Gary, second signal, someone would assume a piece of iron. But it was a high conductor, shotgun cartridge! This is often the problem! Lost a lot of good targets with this problem. Maybe we can get an update to solve this!

Great hunt Gary! Wish I had Steve's gift of Id...it would save me a whole lot of back breaking digging. One certainly can't complain about the results that you got on that field with the 11 inch coil. What was your rationale for going with the 11 inch rather than the 9 inch on that iron infested field?

i used deep ht to day flatten the battery in no time maybe 1 and half use it was down to one bar is this program power hungry on the deus 2 , 9 inch coil had to get the nox 800 out the van as a back up ?

Hi Gary, have you ever used the hot program? like HolzHammerSagas does? I tried it on a part of a field where I've been 5 times with the sonar program, with plenty of iron and could not find anything more, but with the hot program I could find 2 more coins

You say your using full tones audio but what program? Full tones audio could be used in many programs. Your RC says P16 so that's no help for me. Thanks for all you do.

Love the D2, but I’ve found it a drawback to not have a small coil option. Don’t overthink it, there are times a small coil is needed, just make one.

At 5:05 I agree you don't get enough dirt out of the hole. I use a trenching shovel that is one foot long and the handle is just long enough so when I'm walking/swining along I can drag the shovel and leave a line so I know where I have been. It works great at the beach, and yes, it makes a clean hole and I easly get all the dirt out of the hole. When I watch people using your shovel, it makes me awful glad I have my shovel.
