Blackmumba111 I have to wholeheartedly disagree with you on this. 1) She went straight from placing the pork tenderloin in the Xpress to handling the already cooked croissant. You would have seen some sort of break in the continuity if she did wash her hands between acts. 2) It doesn't matter if she was the only one who was going to eat the sandwich or not; good food handling practices are a VERY important part of cooking- whether in-house or in-studio. And this being televised- to many cooks that are just learning the art....
