With that said the only thing that'd happen trans healthcare wise at that age is puberty blockers, and those aren't really ideally meant to stop puberty entirely. Rather it's your "natural" puberty or an HRT induced one puberty has permanent effects, so leaving "nature" to take its course is a permanent life altering decision in and of itself. Delaying that process until later in your teens when you're at least somewhat more mature and able to make an informed decision as to which puberty to take can, in some cases, be a literal life saver for some people. Much of the bad purported side effects are just effects of delaying a puberty too long, on into your twenties which isn't really what we're wanting to do anyway

He is actually pretty smart and logical when it comes to topics that don't directly affect him. He defends his bad behavior (Gambling, Reaction, etc.) because it directly affects him and impacts his ego, but on a topic like this or any other one where he isn't bought into one side or another, he does pretty well. He's always been pretty smart whenever he tries, but plays up his stupid character for the camera sometimes. He's also been having a lot of conversations with Destiny recently where he's been slowly learning how to lay out the thoughts he has in his head for a better more coherent argument. Hope this helps. I personally love it when he does stuff like this, makes him so much more likable in my eyes.

There are two sexes and we use pronouns like /he/ him or she/ her to describe people belonging to those two sexes. Sex =/= Gender We know and affirm our sex, we just want to leave comfortable in our bodies. (Trans people that define this as sex change, describe their experience as "changing sex", advocate for being able to change sex mark, joke about AMAB meaning "Assigned Mommy At Birth" and say "I'm a biological man/woman", but on the basis of gender, not sex, are not helping. They need to get off Twitter.) As for the fourth sex, I advocate "females" that were only born with one chromosome, X (Turner Syndrome) to be instead defined as Asex. (As they don't match the binary definition of female, neither male, as female is described as having XX chromosomes and male is described as having XY chromosomes. Not doing it this way would mean that males are also "females".)

She believed in sex being binary, but she also did say that it is complicated. As you say, a woman can be born with male chromosomes or with only one X chromosome. Chromosomes, child-rearing, secondary sex characteristics, hormones...nothing seems to be definitive for categorizing sex. I wonder what the biological consensus actually is for such things. I know i've seen biologists with opposing ideas on this topic. imo, you should affirm someone's gender out of respect for their wellbeing, but it should not be mandatory by law to do so. Because at the end of the day it's pretty problematic navigating sport, appropriate restrooms, age of consent for transitioning and peoples right to interpret how they perceive others
