This really teaches us to think of new possibilities and perspectives of others in the real world. When I watched this from the beginning I thought it would be an entertaining fun game, though when I kept watching until the end I realised it was more of a life lesson. That was also a change in perspective throughout the video. I feel as if the game wants to teach us to think like this more often than just in the game, which i give respect to the devs for trying to give us a deeper meaning to stuff and to reach out to us rather than just be temporary content.

@Michael Darrow Wouldn't be too hard to make it work, if picking up / dropping the objects by hand would prove difficult to get it right, then they could simply do as most VR games with the point and it "picks it up" which would be like hovering over it with the mouse. Only real difference is being in VR, nothing else would really require a work-around.

Fun Fact : the west and east part is actually meaning for "Looking for a new perspective" so when you keep looking right, you're doing the same thing again and again, and when you keep changing it, you can solve the puzzle (Problems).
