Although fast food is one of the most brutal underpaid jobs in a first world country it's good to try and get atleast a good year or so of experience. I did work at McDonald's and it sucked but it gave me a tough mental for dealing with customers it helped with issues I had with social anxiety. I also worked at subway which was by far superior then McDonald's but that also helps expecially since I'd be working alone alot. I finally got a job in my field of study and it's so much better but I don't think I'd enjoy my new job as much as I do if it wasn't for my fast food experience

I understand not wanting any sauce,maybe you have your own at home,but cheese and salad?? that's it? why would a vegan even go to a place like that,they have no falafel? When I order shawarma I also ask no sauce because it gets soggy when it gets home and they usually add too much or too little and sauce is cheaper if you buy your own from a shop,but cheese and lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers/olives?? eww. Vegans are weird,i myself don't eat meat,but the meat literally is a few inches from all the salads,it basically has particles,it's not a vegan zone,why would you even go full vegan if you are literally still eating particles of meat and support businesses that sell meat. I stopped eating meat for health reasons but eat everything else including fish so I don't give a shit if there are particles but vegans who are 'ethical' and still eat fast food are braindead. There's no difference if your vegan and buy food from these places,you still support meat industry even if you don't eat it. Does America not have vegan fast food? middle eastern restaurants and fast food is basically all vegetarian,falafel they make is amazing. Also the plastic waste is crazy,why would you even change gloves when giving the same order to the same person.Creates an illusion as if that meat didn't already touch every salad.
