Was it a joke that milk is not good for you? I dont get why they both think that its bad for the health because it certainly isnt. The only people having problem with milk are people in puperty because of higher risk of getting acne and people that are lactose intolerant. There are more reasons to drink milk than to not drink it. For Example ingredients like: Water, carbohydrates, various fats, proteins, minerals, trace elements and vitamins. It is even listed as a comestible instead of a drink.

@Daniel Reichert I myself do drink milk and while those things you have stated are concerning the studies on it are all over the place and the science behind it all isn't clear cut. IIRC milk is rated low on the glycemic index. Also there are studies which show positive correlations between acne in females and milk where as the males have a negative which shows some studies are flawed or there are other factors that we havent investigated. If you are truly worried any of those things that you've listed then cutting fast food while exercising is a much better and effective way to control those symptoms/illnesses compared to cutting milk while exercising. If you eat fast food once or twice a week then cutting milk is just removing a small small portion of the "problem" while removing some of the benefits milk has. If you want solid science on food and cancer then red meat is a huge offender on that list. Most americans (like myself) are far from the minmaxxing of cutting out milk. Milk has vitamin D and while you can get vitamin D from other sources, such as fish(mhmm salmon), the sun, eggs, and tofu, milk is a good/more common way to get Vitamin D. And while im not 100% sure if i understood the study i saw that our daily vitamin D recommended dose may be higher than what it is currently thought to be but im not too sure on how valid the science behind it is nor how high they purport it to be since i just skimmed through the study.

So no, not just calcium In terms of fat, whole milk contains 20g/Kg, with semi-skimmed and skimmed milk containing much less. An arbitrary reference for contrast, cooking bacon (fried, objectively unhealthy) contains about 420g/Kg. Unless you're drinking excessive amounts of milk, it wouldn't be considered a "liquid heart attack". Stop spreading misinformation based on what streamers say in passing.
