Hi, sir; what are the maximum and minimum theta values in XRD, and should we take the whole range when calculating the crystallinity of the sample? In addition, do we need to take the entire range of theta, i.e., from 15 to 80, to calculate crystalline size?

If your using WH plot then bigger range will give you better results but you need to make sure while extracting FWHM and Peak centers from the diffraction peaks either using Lorentzian or Gaussian function that the fitting is consistent. If your using only Scherrer formula then used the most intense diffraction peak…good luck
