Love the potential of this. Couple questions. The video looks a little bit jittery when you're sitting still. Does it feel jittery in person? Or does it feel the same as looking at an actual monitor? Also, I saw some reviews saying that small text can seem blurry and hard to read, but it looks pretty sharp in the video. Do you experience that blurriness of things or do things generally seem sharp?

Hi Kola, Thanks for the videos you've produced related to the Xreal glasses, they are very helpful. I've noticed that you have also Air2. Do they work with GingerXR for you? I've tried to use my fresh Air2 and I was not able to configure them with this app.

No they're not compatible yet in wired mode, but you still use them in wireless mode though via nebula on android

Is there drift for the virtual displays, and can you make all three displays 1080p? Great vid, btw. I'm close to buying nreal air but just want to be sure I can practically use it for work.

So, at times there is a drift, and sometimes no drift at all. I think it has to do with head position. I am currently a testing out Nreal's own nebula for windows beta, and the heading position for is perfect, no screen drift at all. It does however consume a lot of power and crashes occasionally, but i'm sure that would be rectified by the time it's officially released for the public.

Great video! Thanks. Did you connect thru beam before going to laptop? Because i notice the screens are fixed at one place and you are able to move head around. No, the beam wasn't out at the ti.e i made this video. Nebula for windows isn't available to the public yet, and i'm honestly not sure how to get a link anymore. I recommend you join xreal discord, there was a link there. Pro is it is really solid, and exceeds expectations when it does work. Cons it uses a lot of power, and sometimes you have to try a few time tl get it to load up.

I have this issue where after toggling hidden files ON .. i cant find gingerxr-unity-pc !! I followed all the steps but that file is no where to be found ! So even if i missed this step and went with all the other steps .. it will not work .. only 1 screen will be projected

Awesome tutorial!! Thanks for posting! I got through it following you step by step and everything seems to be working except the glasses screen. It almost looks as if a camera is working in the glasses though because if I point them in the direction of my computer monitor, it mimics the computer screen (on the computer screen) (upside down). I've spent hours trying to get a picture on the Xreal glasses but it just won't work. Any suggestions?? Thanks a bunch.

Interesting... try making your actual computer the main (primary) screen in Windows display settings. They also did update the software recently, so that might help. If not, email support in the contact us section, they're pretty good with replying.

Hi @KingKola01, Thanks for making this video. It helped me get multiple displays through my Xreal Air. However, when I move my head around, the virtual screen view also moves along with it, instead of the centre virtual screen staying fixed and being able to see the side screens. So, I cannot see the side screens completely ever. Do I need to make some changes to the settings? Pls help if you are aware of the fix.

Thanks for watching... It's hard for me to pinpoint the cause of your problem, however i do know that the software works better when i have my laptop's main display set as the primary screen. If not, then the system goes crazy. If that doesn't fix it for you, contact the software developer. There's an email in it

What is the exact version of the installer used in the video? In both 0.5.1 and 0.4.9, I can no longer see "AppData\Local\Programs\gingerxr-pc esources\assets\gingerxr-unity-pc.exe". I'm planning to try versions below 0.4.1 but they don't have any installer anymore.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. However, I have a question: does the use of GingerXR depend on a high-performance dedicated graphics card? As you know, many dedicated graphics cards do not have a TYPE-C video output interface. Will I have compatibility issues if I use an HDMI adapter? Some mini PC CPUs come with integrated graphics and happen to have a TYPE-C video interface. I'm not sure if integrated graphics can support it

I'm honestly not really sure. However, i do have another computer that doesn't have a type C port. I had to buy an adapter for it, and the software still worked on it. It's an older computer, i couldn't use it for long because my battery kept dying. Email support if you keep having issues, they may be able to help.

@@KingKola_ Did you really buy an adapter for this? Oh my goodness, you're truly amazing... Thank you so much. So, at least it proves that desktop computers with dedicated graphics cards can be compatible. I used to think it could only be used with laptops or mini PCs with TYPE-C.

**UPDATE YOUR GLASSES IF YOU ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM, FIXED IT FOR ME!** This has been driving me crazy. When I start it up, it starts the unity program but it won’t go into a borderless full screen. I can drag the unity window to the glasses display, but It just looks like I’m watching a screen preview through the glasses because you can still see the taskbar and unity program border.

Hi. I have set everything up and the glasses seem to track the 3dof movement but I get no display on the glasses. Seems that I’m not getting any power. I have a usb c to hdmi adapter 4K 60hz. I connected it to the hdmi on my motherboard because the hdmi on My 3090ti is being used and my graphics card doesn’t have usb c. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks man. Manuel.

Thanks for the information. I have set it up successfully, but I am experiencing unstable screens. leaning to one side and tiny shakes due to the sensitivity of the airs I think. Any fixes to this?

It's hard to say what the issue is, but it may be helpful closing it and opening the software up again. Sometimes i have to do this multiple times, and i also notice it only happens when my pc's battery is lower. So try those and keep your battery charged, if it doesn't work your pc might not be powerful enough, or reach out to support in the "contact us" section. Hopefully it works out for you.

The official nebula isn't out yet, but i am curretesting out the beta, and yes it can be. You can even make the screens curve

I prefer use the streaming... works better for me, even with a little lag, but I still have to stay next the pc because the keyboard and mouse doesnt work through streaming yet and they have to be connected directly at pc. When the keyboard and mouse start to work by streaming it will be perfect and it will be useful from anywhere, not just only at home.

I'm not even sure how to do that, but i did show in the video what text looks like. And if you're talking about software coding, that should be very easy to see as you can change the size and distance.

Man help :D 8 just can't make it work... It shows on Taskbar unity program, and when I hover mouse over it and move my head with glasses it moves there to but can't get to see unity on my glasses. Just my laptop background. Tried everything you said but just does not work like it should..

When that happens, try changing your projection mode to "extend to second screen only" or contact the company. I know it can be frustrating

Did you make sure the glasses were unplugged before you clicked it? That will typically cause an issue from my experience.

First make sure your pc is not on power saving mode, and sometimes i had to unplug and plug it back in a few times. I know it can be quite frustrating.
