Again some priceless info from the GT Encyclopedia you have been building here. At one point I was seriously considering buying some of these hubs but in the end I decided not to because of the cassette. Anyhow, if I ever build one of these 24” or 26” cruisers I will definitely follow your lead and do the MacGyver trick with the axle. Thanks!

I went to my local fastenal and purchased stainless allen bolts, loctited them in my GT pegs, then threaded them on. Great vids btw

I was unhappy with my rear hub/cassete on my 2019 29" pro performer. 37 points of engagement on the pro? The street performers came with freewheels, so much easier to upgrade for bikelife. The oldschool look was great tho. Thanks for ur video!

@Miik That is going to be difficult as GT only released it for 2018 in the 26” size. Later on they did DGP in the 20” as well probably around 2020. I don’t recall the exact year. You can find the 26” used on Evilbay from time to time. They are hard to get new in the box. Good luck.
