What I really enjoy about Xthilox Laps are how he’s happy to just chill, sit back and watch and enjoy the lap. Zero need to prove he’s faster (which he definitely was) just sitting back and taking it in. Respect Xthilox, the ring is a better place with guys like you lapping ✌️

@@MyRealName I still needs to improve a bit my rear suspension because I think its to soft but the suspension its at his limit I think. Power is not much 400cv, it could be less actually because my exhaust manifold cracked two days before and we welded it but the boost gauges indicates that they might still be a leak, somewhere. Still fun to drive even when the HP is not at the maximum…But you could see Thilo is actually lifting the throttle to many times…..

The Evo 8 most likely has 3 pedals and a stick which makes this drive amazing. Taking nothing away from the Porsche driver, but the performance is much more readily achievable by many in the Porsche and fewer by the Evo 8.

Absolutely true I am the evo driver and its completely different to drive, thats why a lot of the people that rides on the ring can not follow me, but the level of skill and knowledge of the track that Thilo has its amazing, I have been following him for years and he is quick with all machines😉

Most people don't understand that these modern automatic gearboxes transform the drivetrain. A manual gear change compared to a top modern Porsche PDK system drops anything from .5 sec onwards. Not to mention throttle adjustability etc. On a long lap like the Nürburgring that really adds up. Taking nothing away from Thilo, you can see how relaxed and comfortable he is in his environment! I just wanted to point out to others that your Evo 8 with your driving is really noteworthy and shows high levels of commitment. Having tracked analogue Lotus cars all my life, I know you would have come out of that car sweating, but I guarantee that you achieved a high level of satisfaction in the end. I know sometimes It was a bit strange my line but you I was feeling the pressure from behind and also I need to take care of the traffic that was coming in front. Also Xthilox has a lot more experience at the nurburgring than I have but even with that lines from an evo and a porsche are a bit different the good thing is that there is always room for improvement

I might be wrong but looks like big difference in track knowledge in drivers. Xthilox car placement on entry sees the car being in the right place on apex and exit for next corner with far fewer control inputs than Evo driver, nice lap from both,got to love a flaming Evo.

Great run! The Evo isn't actually very modified and still runs a stock turbo, stock brakes with changed rotors, pads and pump petrol. The driver is amazing however.

Evo’s corner exist is amazing. The evo would need 420+hp to give the gt4mr a run for its money. I also think a 6spd tranny instead of a 5spd is better on the ring
