What I liked about Xtiles is its much more intuitive than other apps which made it much easier. I've tried so many apps and this was the perfect combo of structure and whiteboard

I really like this review and have started playing with the app. In the presentation, you mentioned aspects that would help individuals with ADHD. There is a silent disability that is often overlooked, Dyslexia. A section or video on best tools would be very helpful, especially, PKM and Project Management. Thanks.

Would use it but you CANNOT view video or pdf's from within the app. It takes you to a new tab on the browser.

You could've compared this to any of the platforms with databases. Anytype, capacities, coda, craft, tana, etc etc. This looks like a nice platform for ppl / groups that want more structure

Yeah Ive tried so many apps but they were either too complicated to be practical or not structured enough (One note / Miro) to do some of the things I need with data.

Coda still is my favourite Notion’s replacement. It was acquired by Grammarly, and Coda’s CEO is now the CEO of Grammarly. So we should expect many improvements coming.

I find X-tiles easier to use than Notion, though it lacks the database features of Notion. The iOS versions of the app are view-only mode. You can't type in the tiles.

Anyone use xtiles on ipad? I cant seem to add data to tables, resize or move the tiles. Idk if this is normal. The windows version is great but I mostly use my ipad.

Not really. Routine is like a Calendar-focused, very Notion-Lite app.

@@zuniga325 It has a basic shape of a task manager/calendar. And now they are adding customization options slowly. Soon you'll be able to make your "own app" of it (in their own words). It'll become much like Anytype. But the main idea isn't to replace all other apps but to integrate with them which is the brilliance of Routine. One app replacing all never works, you're forced to use other apps IRL. Like I have to use Jira for a Uni project. And information that should be in my "second brain" often resides in Whatsapp, or Google Saves. The only way you can actually have a single second brain is by making sure it connects with other services and brings all content to one place.

You might like TickTick, tasks, notes and calendar in one app, everything is super easy and tasks, notes opens instantly, pretty happy with it. Still using Notion for wiki though

Notion's free accounts are way more generous than xTiles.

Notions also a massive company that has lots of resources to be able to offer that. Xtiles is a small team with way less funding. If you like the app I say support the devs if you can
