After this match I started to play kabaddi in my college sports event ... Pehle pehle bohut takleef hoti thi but after 1 year of mehnat I managed to play im the college senior team ... I really enjoy playing kabaddi❤️ It's more technical game rather than muscle power along with high amount of presence of mind and also yoga and meditation and daily workout helps you to stay motivated ... I watch national team of men and women matches weekly twice to get some experience ... Jai hind 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
