I received xtrons email with the link to the file but I don't know how to extract it, I got a folder after extracting "update.zip" but it's not the same on the video... It's just a folder named something I don't remember. Anyone can help? Thank you.

I'm after the same thing. I've emailed them..Nothing. It seems after they have your money, your on your own. Techsupport is almost nonexistent. It would be SO easy for them to keep their forum up to date with the latest firmware, but it's years out of date!!

Buenas tatdes una consulta, el estéreo tarda mucho en abrir música y derrepente dice q la aplicación se detuvo y cuando enciendo el auto se tarda mucho en encender, ya le instale esta actualizacion y sigue igual
