I shot a video with the camera, but the sound is too low and barely audible when the camera plays. But the key sound volume for the camera operation is enough, do you have this problem?

The recorded video and audio that I shared was default settings, I didnt change any audio or anything.

Without selecting the type of video, it automatically cuts into segments every 10 minutes, do you have this situation?

I would have to check, I never record more than a couple of minutes at a time with anything I do.

You do not say what quality you are recording at and if the EIS was on.
